Sometimes called, Kriya for healthy bowels!
This 30 minute Kriya, or, movement set, involves twisting and bending as we work into the Ascending & Descending colons. We stand with a strong steady stance and breath rhythmically as we work through almost 30 minutes of yoga.
We begin the practice with the Kundalini Mantra / Tune in:
ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO three times, followed by the heart protection Mantra / The Mangalacharan mantra:
AAD GURAY NAMEH JUGAAD GUREH NAMEH
SAT GUREH NAMEH SIRI GURU DAYVAY NAMEH

Simply sit with your eyes closed, breathe deep and enjoy the vibrational transmission! Sat Nam!
