Kriya for Digestion

Sometimes called, Kriya for healthy bowels! <- does exactly what it says on the tin!

This 30 minute Kriya, or, movement set, involves twisting and bending as we work into the Ascending & Descending colons. 
 
Standing in a strong & steady stance, we breath dynamically & rhythmically as we work through almost 30 minutes of yoga.

We begin the practice with the Kundalini Mantra / Tune in:

ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO - chanted three times, followed by the heart protection / mangalacharan mantra:

AAD GURAY NAMEH, JUGAAD GUREH NAMEH,
SAT GUREH NAMEH, SIRI GURU DAYVAY NAMEH.
 
If you're not familiar with these mantras, no worries! 
Simply sit with your eyes closed, breathe deep and enjoy the vibrational transmission!   Sat Nam!
