** PLEASE BRING A BLANKET & PILLOW ** *** Please see below for contra-indications to this service *** This is a nourishing, immersive, full body listening experience. This session is designed to return you to resonance, bring you back into balance and leave you feeling centred & calm. This is a therapeutic, group soundbath for up to 13 people. The experience will be approximately 1 hour long. * You will be lying on a comfortable mat for the duration of the session. PLEASE BRING A BLANKET & PILLOW I will provide an eye mask, however please feel free to bring your own! Please wear comfortable clothing - You may also want to bring fluffy socks! ;-) ** You can of course sit in a chair if you would prefer! Just let me know when you arrive! *** CONTRA-INDICATIONS FOR THIS SERVICE ARE: Sound induced epilepsy: Please do not attend if you have Sound Induced Epilepsy. Or, If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Although Sound Healing is perfectly safe, like most things, caution in the first trimester is advised. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a Soundbath. Often Soundbaths are fully booked weeks in advance and have waitlists, which, require ample time to work through. Thanks for understanding. By attending the soundbath you agree to having read and understood the contraindications and confirm they don't apply to you.
