In this program I walk you through Hormone Yoga, it's postures, meditations & breathing techniques allowing you to practice in your own time, at home, as often as you can! Practice at least 4 x 30 minute classes per week for the best results! Hormone Yoga is a dynamic practice designed to stimulate the Glands & Organs of the Endocrine System. Our Glands are the Guardians of our Health! The Endocrine System is responsible for circulating chemical communications in the form of Hormones around your body. These Hormones travel via the blood and provide a continual feedback loop about your mood, metabolism, emotions, stress levels, appetite & fertility amongst many other things! During Hormone Yoga practice we aim to rebalance the hormones through movement, breath & most importantly ... REST! Each class will contain a systematic set of exercises, most of which will be accompanied with a specific breathing technique designed to stimulate hormone production with the aim of restoring balance to the body and it's systems. If you have Severe Endometriosis / Fibroids. Or inflammation in the abdominal cavity. If you are pregnant. This program features: 4 x Hormone Yoga instruction videos 14 x Hormone Yoga classes ranging from 40 - 75 mins 5 x Yin Yoga classes 1 x Vinyasa Yoga class 1 x Kundalini Yoga class (Kriya for digestion) 6 x 5 minute breath work practices
